Holidaymaker Stays
More Than a Weekend Destination
Miami is a holiday city that punishes the wrong booking faster than almost anywhere else in the United States. The South Beach apartment that looks ocean-facing in the listing photos and turns out to overlook a service alley. The Brickell tower that sells itself on rooftop pools and shares its lift with a building under construction. The Wynwood loft whose owner has never visited and whose lockbox jams at midnight when the first guests arrive. Holiday-makers landing in Miami for a once-a-year break or a milestone celebration deserve better than the platform-roulette experience.
Our Miami holiday stays are curated and operationally backed. Each property has been walked, photographed and prepared by our local Miami team, and every booking is supported by a real person reachable inside the hour, every day of the year. The neighbourhood mix covers South Beach for the iconic ocean-and-Art-Deco week, Brickell and Edgewater for the rooftop-and-city couple's break, Wynwood for the food-and-galleries trip, Coconut Grove for the family week with a quieter base, and Coral Gables for the slower stay with restaurant access. Each property is photographed honestly so the booking matches the arrival.

Proximity
Location and Proximity
South Beach is the classic Miami holiday postcode and our biggest single neighbourhood for holiday stays, with the Art Deco district, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road and the beach itself within walking distance. Brickell sits across Biscayne Bay and gives a more city-skyline lifestyle, with the rooftop bars and the Brickell City Centre dining cluster. Wynwood is twenty minutes from the airport and is the home base of choice for food, galleries and street art. Coconut Grove offers a quieter family-oriented experience with the marina and the bayfront. Coral Gables suits stays where dining and walkable neighbourhood feel matter more than ocean access. Each is a meaningfully different holiday, and the booking team will help match the trip to the postcode.
FAQ's
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do I need to rent a car for a Miami holiday or is rideshare enough?
A. It depends on your itinerary. A stay focused on South Beach, Brickell or Coconut Grove can work very well with rideshare alone, and parking in these neighbourhoods is expensive enough that many guests prefer not to drive. Trips that include the Everglades, Key Biscayne, or day-trips down to the Keys typically justify a hire car for at least part of the stay. Our concierge will give you a frank view based on your plans.
Q. Is Miami safe for a family holiday with younger children?
A. Yes, with the usual common-sense city precautions. Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and most of Mid-Beach and Aventura are considered very safe and family-friendly. South Beach is excellent during the day and busy in the evening, with the nightlife concentrated on specific streets that families can easily avoid. Wynwood is safe and increasingly family-friendly during the day, with a different feel after dark.
Q. Can you help with restaurant bookings, event tickets and other holiday extras?
A. Yes. Our Miami concierge can secure restaurant bookings at the venues where availability has become genuinely difficult, including the South Beach signature restaurants and the Brickell rooftop scene. We have direct relationships with several event ticket partners for Formula 1, Miami Open and major concerts. There is no extra charge for the concierge service itself, only the venues' own prices.
Q. What happens if something breaks during my Miami holiday?
A. You can reach a real person in our team within the hour, every day of the year. Most issues are resolved within four to six hours. If a major issue makes the property uninhabitable, we will either move you to a comparable property or refund the affected nights, depending on what suits you best. This is a written commitment, not just a marketing promise.
Q. Are the photos on the listing actually accurate?
A. Yes. Every property in our holiday inventory has been photographed in person by our Miami team, and the listing photos show the property as it actually presents on arrival. If a property has a partial view, we describe it as a partial view. If the building has a pool but it is shared with other apartments, we say so. We would rather lose a booking than have a guest arrive disappointed.
